but WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO BEFORE THE PARTY??

Be patient with yourself, give yourself grace,
and do at least 5-6 parties...

The key is never giving up!

After you have the hostess, 
Remember...YOU can host your own parties in your customer VIP group!

Before we start: If you're looking for SCRIPTS,

Step 1:
  Set up a FB Group for your party
(Click here for How to setup a Facebook Group)

Step 2:
Add the Hostess to the group or YOU can be your own hostess in your VIP Customer group or make a NEW Group!
You will also make her an administrator of the group. 

Step 3:
Encourage her to invite her friends from the Group and follow up with a script like this in FB messenger or
send her a text message.

Start inviting your friends,  also ask your friends to
invite their friends.  ASK..."I am so excited about growing my business all over the US.  Would you partner with me and invite some people you know to my Virtual party?

In the Group
1. Personally welcome people to the Group whenever anyone accepts the hostess' invitation.
I recommend learning to use the GIF feature (in the FB Group) when making posts. It adds a lot of fun to the party.

2.  Friend request ALL people who join your group if you are not FB friends
Then you can message her. :)

3. Give the hostess a reminder script to send
out with a picture. YOU send out reminders as well to
ALL guests! 

4. You will also send out a reminder 30 minutes before the party, too, to remind them to be present and to participate in the party.

It's always a good idea to send a picture!

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO ON THE
DAY OF THE PARTY?!?


You will want to send a reminder to everyone who accepted the invitation to be your friend and is now in the group
30 minutes before the party.

SAMPLE SCRIPT.

When the FIRST POST goes up in the group at the start of the party, go in and TAG everyone who is a member of the group in the comments
Type in something like this. 
This is the FIRST party post, comment and ask questions on all the party posts to be entered into my giveaways! Follow this by tagging everyone who is a member of the group.

That will HELP THEM FIND the Group because they will have a notification from Facebook.

How do you tag someone on Facebook?
What is tagging?

Tagging is just a way that Facebook let's someone know you're talking to them or about them.

You simply just type their name in after clicking on "Tag Friends" and it will let them know you've talked to them.

This is the last version of Facebook. (Now considered "Classic Facebook")
You may or may not have recently experienced an update to the look of Facebook. If you have not, this is what yours would look like and you would simply click the line that says "Tag Friends" and start typing in all the names of the attendees of your party.

If you have been switched over to the "New Facebook", this is what it would look like. Click on the 3 dots on the right side to open up a larger menu. Scroll down to the next picture.

Click on Tag People, and then you will start typing in the names of your attendees.

Scripts to use for Before the Party

3 Scripts to choose from to "TWEAK" and use to get a Hostess!!

Sample Booking Message 1:
Hey (name), I am partnering with (ADD one of these- (clients/friends) this week and giving away free products for helping me with a new experience. All that I would need fromyou is to invite some friends via Facebook to a Private group and I do the rest! Let me know if you'd be open to helping me so I can test it all out! What do you think?

Sample Booking Message 2:
Hi (first name) ADD one of these- Pay a sincere compliment or say Hope you are doing well. . I was hoping you would consider partnering with me! I am doing something new and fun & basically I am looking for a hostess. You would also receive some great benefits for helping me. All that's required is you invite some FB friends to a private group and I do the rest! Let me know if you'd be open to helping me so I can test it all out?

Sample Booking Message 3:
Hi (name), I hope you're doing well. I know you love your MK and I was hoping we could partner together to do something really fun and special. Basically I need a hostess, and you would get the added bonus of some free MK product! All you have to do is invite some friends to a Facebook group and I do the rest! So, could you use some free product and something fun to look forward to?

Sample Booking Message 4:
Hi (name), I hope you're doing well. I know you love your MK and I was hoping we could partner together to do something really fun and special. Basically I need a hostess, and you would get the added bonus of some free MK product! All you have to do is invite some friends to a Facebook group and I do the rest! So, could you use some free product and something fun to look forward to?

Possible HOSTESS INCENTIVES:
5 orders = 5 items at 50% off
10 orders = $100 FREE for You!
15 orders = another 5 items at 50% off
20 orders = Another $100 FREE!
(Keep in mind that if you have 40 friends in the group,you will probably get about 10 orders.)

After you book your hostess, use these scripts to get things going!

Once she agrees to be your hostess, THANK HER!
Then let her know what she needs to do.
She needs to invite people.
The Goal is to invite 30-40 people to the Group.
If there are 40 people in the group, you will likely get 10 orders.
Lastly, make sure to tell your hostess to comment on all the posts in the party!

Here is a message you can give your hostess to send to her friends so she can call or message them each by FB messenger or text.

My fabulous friend, (FILL IN YOUR NAME - the beauty consultant), going to run a Facebook Group Party on _________(Fill in the Party Day & Time). She will sharing some great products, she says we will be surprised at how Mary Kay products are keeping up with the trends and are going above and beyond in the beauty industry these days! I know I'm not the only woman who feels overwhelmed keeping up with makeup & skin care. I'm excited to have this event bc (FILL IN YOUR NAME - the beauty consultant) will be sharing some great stuff and will also be doing TONS OF GIVEAWAYS just for showing up! Would you mind if I invite you to my group? You can make a FB post, but generally you have the best response when you connect through a call or private message.

Also, once they respond yes (usually about half do), here is the response she should send them:
